Future Parents/Guardians of Nixyaawii Community School Students:
Due to building capacity, the Nixyaawii Community School Board of Directors has placed an enrollment cap of 75 students. This cap is in place to make sure current staff has the ability to provide quality educational programs as well as the safety for all of the students.
With our current enrollment and the number of graduating seniors we will have, we are able to accommodate the first 16 incoming students with preference given to freshman. This will help us to have balanced classes as we move forward. Freshman will have a guaranteed seat at Nixyaawii. If we see a change in the current enrollment, we will be able to add more students at that time.
Open registration for the 2018-19 school year will begin during our spring conferences April 5th from 4-8pm and April 6th from 8am-12pm. Registration forms will be reviewed and when the registration fee is paid they will be stamped in the order they were received. The registration packet contains several forms. To save time during registration, packets may be picked up at the school in advance.
